Am Unusual Endobronchial Mass

Abstract
|
|
|
We reported a case of endobronchial bacterial cluster presenting with cough and
sputum. Right side bronchography showed tubular bronchiectatic change in right lower
lung bronchus and 2㎝×3㎝ sized filling defect in intermediate bronchus.
After bronchography, we evaluated the lesion of filling defect of bronchus by
bronchoscopy
The lesion was bright yellowish, irregular 2㎝×2.5㎝ sized mass on the orifice of
right lower lobe and turned out as multiple chained Gram-positive cocci cluster on Gram
stain.
